All our orders are shipped with Bpost and tracking code.
We do our utmost to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be shipped the next working day.

If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€5.50 for orders under €60,- to a collection point or parcel machine in Belgium
€5.95 for orders under €60,- to a preferred address in Belgium
€9.95 for orders to a preferred address, collection point or parcel machine in the Netherlands
Free for orders over €60,-

Returns

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product or maybe there is another reason why you don't want the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

You can return the package free of charge in the store, provided that our general terms and conditions are met. If you send the package by post, you will be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories will be returned to us in the original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you can contact our customer service to request the return. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

However, we cannot accept products that were purchased in the sales or were personalized as returns. These sales are 100% final and binding.
